IWC Fall Infused Cooking Demo with Chef Angelina Bastidas

Join us in a virtual cooking demonstration by Chef Angelina Bastidas of Tournant. Cook along and learn insights on how to prepare “Spice Roasted Butternut Squash with Wild Mushrooms, Feta, Pancetta Vinaigrette, Savory Granola”
Born in The Bronx and raised in Miami, Angelina Bastidas, loved to cook at an early age. A graduate of the Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts, she honed her culinary skills in a number of Miami’s top dining destinations, including Area 31, The Bazaar by José Andrés, Palme d’Or at the Biltmore Hotel, and Piripi. In 2014, she was selected as one of Zagat Miami’s 30 under 30 Rock Stars Redefining the Industry. Bastidas competed on season 13 of Top Chef and, at 24, was their youngest competitor ever. This sparked her move to Chicago where she worked as the Chef de Cuisine in the Gwen Hotel and former Executive Chef at Bin 36, continuing her culinary career providing whimsical, sophisticated, innovative cuisine
Bastidas has most recently competed on season 3 of Bong Appetit in 2019 and was also one of eight chefs to compete in the 2019 U.S Barilla Pasta World Competition in Pebble Beach, Ca during PBFWW
