Design Thinking is a different way of making decisions by looking at the intersection of your company’s ‘why’ and your consumer’s ‘needs’ to ensure you’re not only doing the right things, but executing things right. In this session, PinPoint Collective will introduce us to the power of human-centered design in three phases: research, synthesis & implementation. They will offer tips & tricks around defining and listening to your consumers, tools for concepting new ideas to establish brand loyalty and processes for implementing successful solutions.
